I ended up getting the yearly plan after going back and forth on it for a couple days, mostly while sitting at my kitchen table comparing a few options. For what you get, the price feels fair. I’ve mainly used it for streaming shows at night and regular browsing during the day, and it’s been working fine without any real issues. It’s not the absolute cheapest thing out there, but I’d still call it good value overall. My only small complaint is that I wish the monthly plan was a bit cheaper, since not everyone wants to pay for a full year upfront

I had to reach out to hola.org support because I couldn’t log in, and to be fair, they did help me get it sorted. The response took a little longer than I would’ve liked, but the person who replied was clear, polite, and seemed to genuinely want to fix the issue. I think good support should respect people’s time, so the delay wasn’t ideal, but they handled it and kindly. Overall, not perfect, but still a good experience.
